3. Client Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We reserve the right to pause services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
6. Results Disclaimer
We are committed to delivering measurable results through proven digital marketing strategies. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms and market conditions are outside our control. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement — including marketing strategies, campaign data, client lists, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. We will deliver completed work and transfer access credentials within 10 business days of final payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leedly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County courts or through binding arbitration. We may modify these Terms at any time — continued use of our site constitutes acceptance. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
