Disclosure first: Leedly is a Tampa AI SEO agency, and we are on this list. So I built it on four checks anyone can verify in five minutes, applied the same way to every firm, including us. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency’s own website, checked on September 22, 2026. No review sites, no guesses, no opinions about anyone’s work.
Here is why I wrote it. When I asked ChatGPT for the best AI SEO agency in Tampa, the answer leaned on list pages, and some of the firms it named have no Tampa office on their own websites. It never said which firms publish any AI results at all. If you are hiring for AI search, those are the first things you should know.
The four checks
- Tampa Bay office. An address or a clear Tampa Bay location on the agency’s own site.
- Dedicated AI search page. A service page for AI SEO, GEO, or AEO, beyond a line inside a general SEO page.
- Published pricing. A dollar figure for their service on their own site.
- Published AI results. Specific AI-visibility numbers (mentions, citations, presence rate, AI referral traffic) shown on their site.
National firms with no Tampa office on their own site were left off, even if they run a Tampa landing page. So were pages that returned errors on the day I checked.

1. Leedly
Best for: B2B and local service companies doing $500K to $2M and up that want AI visibility measured as a number.
We are at 501 E Kennedy Blvd in downtown Tampa. Our AI SEO agency program starts at $1,500 a month, flat, with no long-term contract. We publish client AI results: a medical courier named in 87.8% of ChatGPT answers on “stat medical courier” at an average position of 1.05, and Villa Orthodontics, which ChatGPT recommended first to a parent asking for the best orthodontist for their teenager.
I started Leedly after selling my elearning company to private equity in an eight-figure exit, and I served three deployments in the US Navy before that. We rank ourselves first here because we are the firm on this list that clears all four checks with results from client accounts. Check that claim yourself, which is the point of the table.
2. Renaissance Marketing
Best for: established, multi-location businesses. Their site names HVAC, dental, and auto salvage among its industries.
Renaissance lists a Tampa office at 400 N Ashley Dr, Suite 1900, alongside Richmond, Virginia. It has a dedicated AI SEO Tampa page and a GEO page with published tiers: from $1,500 a month on a 3-month commitment, from $4,000 on 6 months, and from $6,000 on 12 months. It publishes an AI visibility case study on its own brand (59 AI mentions and 46 cited pages, measured in Semrush) and cites unnamed pilot clients. Offers a free AI SEO audit.
3. Percepture
Best for: B2B companies that want digital PR and GEO in one engagement.
Percepture is a national firm founded in 2004, headquartered in New York, with Tampa on its list of offices. It runs a Tampa GEO page and publishes GEO pricing starting at $3,500 a month, with tiers at $6,000, $8,500, and $10,000 and up. It is one of three firms here that publish AI results, along with Leedly and Renaissance, and the only one besides Leedly to name a client: Broadstaff Global, credited with 3x qualified leads. Sector focus on its site: life sciences, telecom, healthcare, and travel.
4. Digital Neighbor
Best for: law firms. Personal injury, family law, and criminal defense each get their own section on the site.
Founded in Tampa in 2016, with an office at 3104 N Armenia Ave. It has a dedicated AI SEO page and publishes SEO pricing starting at $3,000 a month. The AI page shows site-wide organic growth figures rather than AI-specific numbers. Also hosts The Search Bar Podcast.
5. Foxxr
Best for: home-service contractors. Their site says they work with HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pool, and general contractors exclusively.
Based at 801 74th St N in St. Petersburg and founded in 2008. Its AI search optimization page is built on its own GEO framework. Pricing is published: $3,000 a month, $3,500 with AI search included, and $5,000 for multi-location. It does not show client AI results, but it publishes original research, a 2026 report tracking 50 home-service businesses in Google AI Overviews. No annual contract.
6. Forty-Second Street
Best for: home-service trades. The site says it serves 30 trades, with HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical first.
Lists offices in Tampa and Wesley Chapel, plus Knoxville and Maryville, Tennessee, and says it has served home-service pros since 2010. It has an AI search visibility page and a free two-minute AI visibility score. Its site gives a price range for SEO in Tampa Bay, $500 to $3,500 a month, with competitive trades usually at $1,500 to $3,000, on month-to-month plans.
7. Chatter Buzz Media
Best for: mid-market B2B companies that want paid media, SEO, and fractional CMO support together.
Chatter Buzz lists a Tampa office at 401 E Jackson St, Suite 3300-C, alongside Orlando and New York. AI search is covered as part of its SEO programs rather than on a separate page. It publishes SEO retainers starting at $10,000 a month, the highest published starting price on this list. Google Premier Partner and HubSpot Diamond Partner, per its site.
8. Search Strength SEO
Best for: local businesses and contractors that want a small, hands-on team.
A two-person Tampa team founded in 2023, per its about page. It has dedicated GEO and AEO service pages, plus guides on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and LLM SEO. No published price for its own services. One thing worth copying: its “Visibility Probe” runs a fixed prompt set across assistants and hands you the transcripts, which is more than a screenshot.
9. Ardoz Digital
Best for: small businesses that want SEO, GEO, PPC, and digital PR from one shop.
Based in Tampa and led by Alan Muther, who the site says has nearly 20 years of experience. It runs a Tampa GEO and AEO page. No published pricing. Its GEO copy is careful: it states plainly that it cannot guarantee AI mentions or citations, and labels its example as a planning example rather than a client result.
10. Precision Digital
Best for: e-commerce and retail brands. Retail media and e-commerce marketing are core services.
Founded in 2018, with an office at 3347 S West Shore Blvd. Its homepage leads with answer engine optimization, and it has a dedicated AEO page. No published pricing. Offers a free audit.
11. OJ Amplify
Best for: restaurant groups, hospitality, and e-commerce brands that need the website and AI search handled together.
A Tampa firm that pairs Shopify and WordPress builds with its SEO and AI search service. It says it tracks AI mentions monthly against a fixed set of buyer prompts. No published pricing. Also runs OJ Gives, which builds free websites for Tampa Bay nonprofits.
12. Steve Scott SEO
Best for: owners who want consulting or training instead of a retainer.
Based in Land O’ Lakes, with more than 25 years in SEO per the site. It has an AI SEO services page and publishes consulting rates: $99 for 30 minutes, $195 for an hour, and $875 for a 5-hour block. Also runs the Tampa SEO Training Academy.
13. Areté Marketing
Best for: local businesses in North Pinellas and Pasco: Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Dunedin, and New Port Richey.
Based in Tarpon Springs and founded by John Constantino. It has an AI visibility page with a six-step process covering audit, entity consolidation, schema, content, reviews, and monitoring. No published pricing. Offers a free AI visibility assessment.
14. Tocobaga
Best for: private equity-backed companies, law firms, and B2B firms that want lead generation plus business advisory.
Based in Ybor City at 1327 E 7th Ave. AI search is covered on its SEO page rather than a standalone GEO page. It publishes a Florida Law Firm AI-Search Playbook. Pricing is described as flat and transparent, with no figures on the site.
How to choose
Match the firm to your business first. Contractors, law firms, B2B companies, and e-commerce brands each have firms on this list that focus on them.
Then ask every finalist the same three questions:
- What was a client’s presence rate before and after, on a named buyer question? A percentage beats a screenshot.
- Which AI assistants do you measure? ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, and Perplexity read different sources.
- What does it cost, and how long am I locked in? On this list, commitments range from month-to-month to 12 months.
I wrote up the full vetting checklist on our AEO agency page, and what each AI visibility number actually means in what “cited by ChatGPT” measures. If you are shopping for classic Tampa SEO rather than AI search, start with our Tampa SEO agency page.
Check your own AI visibility first
Before you call any of these firms, see what the assistants already say about you. The free AI visibility scan runs your buyer questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI results and shows which Tampa competitors get named instead of you. Then you walk into every sales call with your own baseline.
*Every agency fact above comes from that agency’s own website as of September 22, 2026. If you run one of these firms and something has changed, contact us and we will update it.*
